Requirements

• You must have a completed site. That means no sign saying 'this site is under construction', etc. Technically all updated sites are under construction, since you are adding info, but what I'm saying is that you have the core of it done and people can enjoy your site without being annoyed by broken links, unfinished information, etc.
• Your site must be a shrine to a blue character. I don't care if it's a blue android from Star Trek, as long as the character is blue. No fudging and saying that 'But Kunzite/Malachite has blue in his hair so he counts as blue!'. No. I have a list of Sailor Moon Characters that I consider blue, if you have a shrine to a character from another show, their aura or fuku must be mainly blue.

• Please keep in mind that I will not be biasing you. If your shrine is to Safiru or Sailor Mercury, both of whom I don't really care much for, if it's a good site, you'll still get the award :).
• Good layout. Nothing that hurts me or your visitors' eyes, por favor :).
• Good information. If it's to a minor character, I can give you leeway, since they are, after all, not seen much ::grumble grumble::. But for main characters like Sailor Mercury and Sailor Uranus I ask that you go a little deeper than just the bare bones stats. Give me why you love them. Analyze a strong point/weakness of theirs.
