The members of the Amazoness Quartet were recruited into the Dead Moon Circus by Queen Nehelenia, who they had released from a mirror. She gave them magic balls which would let them stay children forever. This was what made them stay in the Circus.
PallaPalla is undisputably the most childish of the Amazoness Quartet. When she speaks of herself it is in third person (i.e. PallaPalla thinks instead of I think). She never wants to do anything except play. Zirconia had to make her mission sound like fun for her to do anything. PallaPalla usually takes out many dream mirrors at a time. She also frequently uses dolls when going after her targets.
Her magic ball is blue. She is the magician of balancing balls in the Circus, hence all the balls in her outfit. Her attacks are also ball-related. Ball Control lets her use her dolls like voodoo dolls; ball swing lets her turn her dollhouse into a real office; reverse ball lets her switch ages; and the ball making lets her make life-size dolls.
The others dismiss PallaPalla as a simple little girl, but she can freak them out. Once, when PallaPalla was playing with a dentist doll, she ripped the head off the patient, who was complaining of a toothache, so that she wouldn't hurt anymore.
When the Quartet found out that Nehelenia was going to kill them, they rebelled. PallaPalla was the one that thought of replacing the Golden Horn with a pineapple. Never underestimate the little kid, I tell you.
After the Senshi defeat Nehelenia, that's it for the Amazoness Quartet in the SuperS Anime. ::sigh::
